Shipping fees depend on the products ordered, the delivery address, and shipping method.
If a courier is unable to deliver your package due to non-collection or refusal of receipt, you may incur an additional charge for redelivery.

We disclaim liability for any direct or indirect losses, damages, costs, or other liabilities—including loss of profit or claims by third parties—that result from delays in delivery.
All goods should be checked carefully and signed for by you at the time of delivery. No items can be replaced if a parcel is missing and the buyer had signed forit
If the delivery note is signed as “unchecked,” it will be assumed that the items were received in proper condition and will not be eligible for replacement.

Due to variations in production methods, there might be minor discrepancies in the dimensions provided for our products.
As wood is a natural material, slight differences in finish, grain, and color may occur.

In the event that the goods have already been shipped, the Buyer will be charged a 10% restocking fee and the shipping cost is non-refundable
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original, unused condition and packaging—without any signs of cutting, repair, or wear.
We will only accept returns of opened items if they are found to be defective.
To process a return, please provide us with the following details:
The reason for the return;
Invoice numbers and the delivery date;
In case of defects or damage, detailed information about the issue.
Shipping and packaging fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
Upon receipt of the returned items, we will refund the purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee. You will be notified by email once the refund has been processed. For the buyer’s protection, the seller recommends using a recorded delivery service to return the goods.

Customized items—those cut to a specific size, lacquered, oiled, or custom-treated—cannot be returned.
Please note that returns will not be accepted if the product has been altered, finished in any way, or previously installed.
The buyer is responsible for storing the goods in a dry place and ensuring they are pre-finished promptly to prevent moisture absorption; we recommend pre-finishing oak components prior to installation.
Oak may vary in shade and grain due to its natural characteristics. Color matching is not guaranteed. Natural features such as knots and heartwood rays, which add character, are not considered defects. Additionally, oak elements may not always be perfectly flat or straight; in such cases, proper use of fixings and standard joining methods should address minor imperfections.
We are not liable for any improper use or incorrect installation methods; all advice provided is for informational purposes only.
We do not offer free returns; all costs related to returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned items are received at our warehouse. You will be notified via email upon receipt.
The installation warranty for overlays does not cover the structural components of staircases or damages resulting from improper maintenance of the overlays.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as the wearing away of lacquer or oil finishes due to usage.
